Dragon is proud to add Matt Beacham to its growing international roster. Hailing from the soft and sandy shores of Kitty Hawk, NC, Matt now resides in Southern California. A professional surfer, TV personality, and host of Fuel TV’s “New Pollution,” Matt’s job consists of spending 10 months of the year hanging out and interviewing the best young action sports athletes on the planet.

DRAGON SIGNS ON WITH RIP CURL GROMSEARCH AS EXCLUSIVE EYEWEAR SPONSOR
Dragon is proud to be co-sponsor for this year 2010 USA GromSearch Event Surf Series. The Rip Curl GromSearch is a worldwide series of events designed specifically for grommets. Uniformed across the Globe, the events give groms the center stage to show the world the progression of the sport.
In the US, the Rip Curl GromSearch brings the best surfers from across the nation to their local, regional competition with the hopes of making the Rip Curl National Final at the Rip Curl Pro Search Somewhere in Puerto Rico in the fall.
First event goes down on June 12 and 13th in Huntington Beach, CA.
TOMMY HAHN 1st PLACE TOP PRIVATEER / CE ALTMAN AWARD
Tommy Hahn was awarded Top Privateer of the AMA Supercross finishing 8th in the overall. Tommy went home from Vegas with a check for $25,000.

NATE ADAMS 3rd AT X – FIGHTER CAIRO
The Great Sphinx of Giza and 10,000 fans cast a keen eye over the 12 best FMX athletes on the planet on Friday night. At the second stop of the Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour 2010 desert winds, sand and temperatures of 40 degrees Celsius pushed man and machine to the limit. Directly in front of the only remaining Wonder of the Ancient World, the Great Sphinx of Giza built between 2700 and 2600 BC, it was Nate Adams claiming his second podium of the series with a 3rd place followed by Robbie Maddison in 4th. After two of the six stops comprising the Red Bull X-Fighters World Tour 2010 it is Andrè Villa who continues to lead the overall standings.
